Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "You," or "Your") and WRLDWIDE, which operates through two primary divisions: WRLDWIDE Agency (AI automation services) and WRLDWIDE Studio (graphic design, marketing, and print production services). By engaging WRLDWIDE for any services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. SERVICES

1.1 WRLDWIDE Agency provides AI-powered automation services, including but not limited to conversational AI, voice AI, reputation management, lead generation workflows, customer interaction systems, and back-office automations.

1.2 WRLDWIDE Studio provides premium creative services including brand identity design, product packaging, print production, web design, marketing campaigns, and high-end visual design deliverables.

1.3 All services are customized and tailored. Timelines and deliverables will be outlined in a project proposal, scope of work, or agreement signed by both parties prior to engagement.

2. PAYMENT & FEES

2.1 All fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your specific project agreement or invoice. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as agreed upon in writing.

2.2 Projects are considered active upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as outlined in the agreement. No work will commence without proper payment.

2.3 WRLDWIDE reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or delayed payments beyond 5 business days.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 You agree to provide all necessary information, access, approvals, and assets required to complete the project in a timely manner.

3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all content and assets provided do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

3.3 You acknowledge that delays in providing required information or approvals may result in project delays or additional fees.

3.4 You are responsible for ensuring that any data provided to WRLDWIDE complies with applicable data protection laws. WRLDWIDE shall not be liable for any data breaches resulting from your failure to secure necessary consents or permissions.
